This small book contains a series of excerpts of interviews with the Father Joseph Wresinski in 1987, translated from the original in French.

The first edition was done in 1989 for the delegates of the Fourth World who went to Rome.

This version is introduced by a foreword of Alwine de Vos van Steenwijk – President of the International Movement ATD Fourth World – titled « Father Joseph’s Promise » and written in november 1995.

It contains also a short biography of the founder of ATD Fourth World Movement.
